In order to utilize Kids Choice services for the first week of school, packets must be received by Monday 8/26 at 8 pm. If received after this date, your child may start the second week of school on September 9th.
Three Easy Steps to Enroll
The first step is the completion of the Enrollment Application. The application are available for pick up at our program school locations. We also offer the convenience of an electronic version that can be downloaded on filled out directly on our website. See below for our links to these choices.
We offer several payment options for our school program. Checks can be mailed to our address. We also accept online payment for tuition payments with all major credits including ACH. Payments can be accepted for one-time or reoccurring scheduled tuition payments.
Once your application has been received by our staff, we will email or mail our program orientation package. It contains our program and school procedures, policies and payment schedule. Once completed, please return this application. It will complete the final step of the enrollment process.
